Session Fees
Our fees are competitive with other licensed therapists in the area. We offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs before you commit to therapy.

Individual Therapy Session
50 minutes
Couples Therapy Session
50-60 minutes
Family Therapy Session

Insurance
We accept most major insurance providers and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits to make therapy more accessible. Please contact us to verify your coverage before your first appointment.
Insurance Verification
To verify your insurance coverage, please have the following information ready when you contact us:
- Insurance company name
- Member ID number
- Group number (if applicable)
- Insured Date of Birth
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we don't accept your insurance directly, you may still have out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Payment Options
We accept various payment methods for your convenience:
Sliding Scale Available
We believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. A limited number of sliding scale slots are available for clients who qualify. Please inquire during your initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.
